  • Solar development —Syncarpha Solar has an option on 383 Housatonic Street. They would like to come in before the Planning Board to discuss the potential of creating an overlay district to allow solar development in the residential portion of the parcel.
  • 241 Walker Special Permit Application
    Continued hearing (from Feb. 27th) for the Application of Stone Path Development, Inc. for the property at 241 Walker Street (Map 8, Parcel 1 and Map 8, Parcel 6-1) in the Residential “R-1A’ zoning district.  The Application and supporting materials are available for review at the office of Town Clerk in Lenox Town Hall between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM and on the Town website 24/7.

  • Complete Streets Update — Funding received
  •  Master Plan RFP – update
    • New discussion materials or may be ready
  • Update: Recreational Marijuana
  • Update if required: Short-Term Rentals 
  • Other Town Committee reports:
    • BPRC (Pam Kueber)
      • 5G networks
      • SJC rules on municipalities’ right to regulate local air strips
      • Governor’s new Housing Choice Program: Regional Issues Committee meeting on March 7th which will focus on the new Housing Choice Initiative.  Chris Kluchman, the Housing Choice Program Manager at EOHED, will attend and has a presentation and wants to discuss it further.  Relatedly:
      • Randy working on count of new lodging units in Lenox for me
      • Randy also working on updated calculation of second home owners
      • DLTA grant funding coming through, we should get update on timing soon. Asked for joint EDSAT with Lee.
